Service application process
Information on inquiries and consultation applications: First, please call the contact number at the bottom of the Cozy Mom & Baby website or apply for customer consultation through the inquiry page.
Detailed service information and decision: Hear a detailed explanation of the service and decide on the service you want through professional consultation with the director.
Create and submit contract: After carefully reviewing the provided contract, submit the completed contract via email.
Deposit remittance: The down payment will be safely transferred through Cozy Mom & Baby’s bank account or Venmo.
Selection and contact of postpartum care provider: After selecting a carefully selected postpartum care provider, a phone call or meeting is arranged with the mother.
Start service: A postpartum care provider will be dispatched on the application date to begin the service.
Out-of-state services and additional information: For matters related to other local services, you can receive detailed information through the separate service procedures/costs section and through professional consultation with the director.
